35th Anniversary Weekend Celebration!!!

1980 - 2015

It all began with the desire to be a part of something different. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Brothers John Nelson, Cornell Johnson and Philip Robinson with the help of the following brothers from Delta Beta chapter at Cal State Hayward; Willis Colbert, Greg Alexander, Joe Abraham, Greg Potts, Stanley Howe, Travis Wilson, and Tony Banks led the following men, better known as the "10 Shades of Ebony" over the Burning Sands to charter the Mu Lambda chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated at San Jose State University on May 31st, 1980 at 5:32am

We are celebrating our 35th anniversary with a weekend of events starting on Friday, May 29th and culminating with ceremonies on Sunday, May 31st.
